The final game of the day saw two teams which have had to deal with rough starts to the season as VFC Rovers faced All Saints United.

The game started evenly, with both teams struggling to find any luck in the final third with All Saints managing the VFC attack well while posing the occasional threat at the other end.

However, a quick spell of goals from VFC was started by a cross from Jacob Moss into Owen Manning followed by four more spread across the front three.

Alex Maxwell made it 6-0 before half time with an excellent run from his own half before lobbing the keeper.

The second half saw more of the same as VFC continued to apply pressure to the All Saints back line.

A header was bundled over the line by Kyle Graveney followed by a goal from a corner from Dylan Moore.

All Saints settled into the game more and had a goal ruled out for offside after a quick counter attack.

Luke Deller found the net after beating two players in the middle and sliding it past the keeper from close range.

And finally, Miles Brown finished the game off after pouncing on a loose ball in the box and firing into the bottom right making the final score 12-0.

That result gets VFC Rovers first ever win as a club and somehow takes them to fourth in the league, despite the rocky start.

The goal scorers were Sam Crooks with a hat-trick, a brace each for Luke Deller, Alex Maxwell and Owen Manning, and finally one apiece for Kyle Graveney, Dylan Moore and Miles Brown.
