Stevenage's game away to Wigan Athletic has been postponed due to international call-ups.
Boro were due to head to the DW Stadium on September 7 but although they only have Eli King away at the time, the on-loan Cardiff City midfielder part of the Wales U21 squad, the hosts have more.
A statement on the Boro website said: "EFL rules state that clubs with three or more qualifying call-ups are permitted to re-schedule league matches, and with Wigan receiving at least three call-ups, they have requested postponement of the fixture.
"The date for the rearranged fixture will be confirmed and announced in due course."
The Latics could not add the finer details in their statement, saying the call-ups were "currently subject to timing embargoes".
They did say that any tickets bought for the game will "remain valid for the re-arranged fixture".
There are two more to come in 2024, both of which are highly likely to lead to postponements.
The games affected would be Boro's home match with Bolton Wanderers on October 12 and the trip to Birmingham City on November 16.
