Stevenage will face a trip to Championship opponents in the first round of the Carabao Cup.
The draw for the opening round of the competition was made this morning and Alex Revell’s men have been handed an away game at Norwich City in the week beginning August 12.
The two clubs are due to meet in a pre-season friendly at the Lamex Stadium on July 9.
The Canaries finished sixth in the Championship last season but were beaten 4-0 on aggregate by Leeds United in the play-off semi-finals.
