Danny Cowley was a surprise spectator for the Herts Senior Challenge Cup tie between Potters Bar Town and Stevenage - and it seemed to be Harry Anderson he was looking at.
The Colchester United FC boss arrived at the Lantern Stadium just before kick-off and left not long after half-time.
In between the 27-year-old Anderson had put Boro into a 1-0 lead and ended his own involvement after 45 minutes.
Stevenage have in the recent past relied solely on their U18 and academy players to fulfil the fixtures in the county's premier cup competition.
The game at the Lantern Stadium did so again although Anderson and Reece Hannam were included this time around from the first-team squad.
Boro manager Steve Evans had said on Friday that "some people are talking to us about two or three of our players" and had gone on record earlier in the month saying "we're also quite clear that if the opportunity comes for some in our squad to go and get some game time elsewhere, we'll let that happen".
Boro went on to win 2-1 in the cup match with Theo Alexandrou getting the second before Ore Bello pulled one back in second-half stoppage time.
