If Stevenage are to repeat their FA Cup heroics of last season, they will start at the Lamex with a former favourite heading home
Stevenage reached the fourth round last season after wins over Gateshead, King's Lynn Town and most famously, 2-1 away to Aston Villa in round three.
Stoke City ended the run with a 3-1 success in the Potteries.
Ex-Boro man Jobi McAnuff and former Manchester United and England full-back Paul Parker did the honours with this year's first round draw.
And Steve Evans men were handed a home tie against League Two Tranmere Rovers, the club where Stevenage-born Luke Norris now plays.
Matches will be played between Friday, November 3 and Monday, November 6.
The winner of each tie gets £41,000 from the prize fund.
