Stevenage have confirmed the loan signing of Charlie McNeill from Manchester United.
The soon to be 20-year-old striker, his birthday is on September 9, makes the switch from the Premier League giants and will be at the Lamex for the full season.
His deal was announced after training with the side on Friday with the club confirming that he is available for selection against Leyton Orient.
As well as making his first-team debut for the Red Devils in last year's Europa League match against Real Sociedad, the teenager also played 45 minutes of a winter friendly against Cadiz in Spain.
More recently he appeared as a substitute against Wrexham in San Diego.
His 2023/24 campaign began with three appearances for United's U21 side and he also featured in the Premier League 2 games against Crystal Palace and Leeds United.
McNeill scored an injury-time goal in the latter and also netted in the penalty-shootout victory over Stockport County in the EFL Trophy last week.
