Baldock Town will get first crack at dethroning the FA Vase champions after the draw for the second round was made.
The Reds will host Newport Pagnell Town, the Swans having beat Littlehampton Town in the final of last year's competition.
The game against the United Counties League side is currently scheduled for November 12 at New Lamb Meadow.
Dave McAdam's men earned their place in the next stage with a penalty shoot-out win at home to Benfleet on Saturday.
Joseph Abe and Tommy Reynolds got the goals, the latter just two minutes from the end of normal time.
Reynolds missed the chance to win it in the shoot-out but put his effort over the top.
However, Gurjosh Dhesi had already saved one spot-kick and he went the right way as the final effort from the Eastern Counties League side struck a post and bounced out.
The Reds are back in Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division action tonight (Tuesday) when they go to Biggleswade United.
