Two-year scholarships available
Stevenage FC in the Community will hold trials for its Football League Futsal Scholarships on Thursday, April 11 at 10.30am at North Hertfordshire College (Stevenage Campus).
The two-year scholarships provide players with the opportunity to gain a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport, whilst training and playing in the Football League Futsal League.
In addition, the scholarship also provides players with the opportunity to:
...get a first class education.
...gain qualifications to work in the sports industry.
...train and compete in a professional futsal environment.
...represent your local professional club.
...become a Futsal coach or referee.

Stevenage FC’s futsal team currently sits in second place in the Football League Futsal League, needing a top two finish to reach the national finals in May. There is a Champions League Futsal Tournament place on offer in Barcelona for the winners.
