Hatfield Magistrates Court results – November 8 

Mark Glencross: 55, of Prestatyn Close, Stevenage. On August 13, 2022, drove a Ford on Brighton Road, Shoreham at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £166 plus ordered to pay victim services £66 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Jamie Hendricks: 32, of Great Gables, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by Stevenage Magistrates Court on December 13, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Community order varied – must carry out 20 hours of unpaid work by June 12, 2025. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – November 8 

Jenna Saunders: 40, of Three Stiles, Benington, Stevenage. On August 31 drove an Audi on Magpie Crescent, Stevenage while over the drink drive limit, Saunders had 125 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. On July 15, 2024, failed to surrender to custody at Stevenage Magistrates Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Fined £225 plus ordered to pay court costs £300 and victim services £90. Disqualified from driving for 6 months. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – November 11 

Zoe Symeou: 54, of Sylvana, Howe Green. On May 26, 2023, drove a Porsche Cayenne on Hayham Road, Bishop Stortford and failed to stop at a red light. Fined £220 plus ordered to pay victim services £88 and court costs £650. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – November 11 

Peter James: 46, of Webb Rise, Stevenage. On September 7, 2024, failed to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of committing a road traffic offence. Ordered to pay court costs £85 and victim services £154. Disqualified from driving for 30 weeks. 

Errol McKensie: 56, of Peartree Way, Stevenage. On October 17, 2024, failed to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of committing a road traffic offence. Fined £120 and ordered to pay court costs £85 and victim services £48. Driving record endorsed with 10 points. 

T-jay Cleverly: 30, of Lymans Road, Arlesey. On October 18, 2024, drove a Fiat 500 on Cambridge Road, Hitchin while over the drink drive limit, Cleverly had 49 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. There was also no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £500 plus ordered to pay court costs £85 and victim services £120. Disqualified from driving for 14 weeks. 

Devon Gooden: 58, of Chaucer Way, Hitchin. Between September 30 and October 19 failed to comply with a community protection order. Fined £120 and ordered to pay court costs £85.

James Loveday: 32, of Wisden Road, Stevenage. On April 14, 2024, used threatening and abusive behaviour towards a person in Hitchin. Fined £250 plus ordered to pay court costs £85, victim services £200 and compensation £50.

Derico Thomas: 20, of Swanstand, Letchworth. On September 24, 2024, drove a Vauxhall Astra on Swanstand, Letchworth without any insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle.
