So far in November, 83.64 per cent of jobs have been completed within the council's target time of 20 days.
The council says that "any overdue work orders are primarily linked to roofing issues, or instances where access has not been granted".
An improvement plan includes "striving for 'right first time' communication with tenants", and "reviewing how kitchen refurbishments are managed, to avoid issues with damp and mould arising".
