Punk band Grade 2 are bringing the "raw power of old school punk" to Hitchin's Club 85 next month.
The band will perform on Tuesday, December 3 from 7.30pm to 11pm, with tickets available from https://club-85.co.uk/index.php/event/grade-2/.
Formed on their native Isle of Wight when they were just 14 years old, the band consists of Jack Chatfield on guitar and vocals, Jacob Hull on drums and Sid Ryan on bass and vocals.
Ten years on, the group has just launched their second release on Tim Armstrong's Hellcat Records, and are visiting Hitchin as part of their UK-wide tour.
The record is described as a "thumping 15 track tour de force melding the uncompromising ethos of punk with the howl of contemporary injustice, personal identity and frustrations of Gen-Z youth, authentically told by three lads with punk coursing through their veins".

Explaining the inspiration behind the record, frontman Sid Ryan said: "Like everyone else, 2020 left us proper f**** off.
"Yet we were able to channel every ounce of that despair into every second of this record."
Guitarist Jack added: "Returning to Ship Rec Studio re-sparked that magic dynamic.
"When we're in there I feel like we reach our full potential."
