A Stevenage-born comedian has announced the dates for her new audible comedy series on BBC Radio 4.

The new four-part series named "BAD BOD SQUAD" discusses the taboos surrounding disabilities with well-known comedian Sarah Mills.

Sarah said she wanted to use the Lytton as it is a "great community theatre" and local "social hub".

The production took this opportunity to hire the venue, raising much needed funds for new accessible toilets, while hiring in portable accessible loos for the recordings.

(Image: Lee Kearns) Since losing part of her bowel, comedian Sarah Mills has used a stoma bag. Now, with the assistance of her commendably candid celebrity guests, she wants to smash the taboos around bodily malfunctions, and help "banish embarrassment" for good.

Featuring stand up comedy as well as guest chats, Sarah hopes that her BAD BOD SQUAD will seek to make the world a little better - not just for those with invisible disabilities, but for everyone!

The show's celebrity line up includes:

November 20, - Ola Labib is a comedian and NHS pharmacist, notably featuring on Richard Osman's House of Games.

November 27, - Felicity Ward was a write and star on the Australian Office.

December 4, - Hannah Witton guest stars as a YouTuber, writer and stoma owner with over 750,000 subscribers on social media.

December 11 - Eshan Akbaar has recently starred as a cast member of Celebrity Masterchef, and also performed Live at the Apollo during his comedy career.

During treatment, she created and starred in The Chemo Chat Show where she interviewed celebrities like Phil Wang, Harriet Kemsley and Rob Rinder from her chemo chair.

She subsequently wrote a sitcom script BADASS about her experiences, which won the BAFTA Rocliffe award and was optioned by a major production company.

The stage show of Badass was first performed by Sarah at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022.
