A Stevenage driver has had their car seized and has been reported for multiple documentation violations.
The black Volkswagen pictured was reported as stolen by its original owner not long ago, but police discovered that the person had later found the vehicle.
After police stopped the car today, (November 12) it was seized and the original driver has been reported for traffic offences.
A post by Beds, Cambs and Herts road policing unit on X read: "Vehicle came to our attention as the driver had reported it stolen."

Turns out he had got it back but was driving about with no driving licence and no insurance 🤦
