Children in Hertfordshire will have the chance to meet Father Christmas this festive season, as Santa's Story Time comes to John Lewis.
The Welwyn Garden City department store will host the events from December 5 to 24, open to children of all ages, with inclusive sessions for neurodiverse children and anyone with sensory issues also being offered.
Children will be able to create a "beautiful Christmas keepsake" to take home with them, before settling down for a story from Santa himself.
Santa will read from 'The Christmasaurus', written by McFly singer turned best selling author Tom Fletcher.
The book tells the story of a dinosaur who lives in the North Pole with Santa and his elves, wanting more than anything to fly with the reindeer on Christmas Eve.
Children will take a special gift home with them at the end of the day.
Tickets for the events are priced at £17.50 for children (plus £1.75 booking fee) and £3 for adults, with a 30p booking fee.
