A Letchworth vets practice will reopen today (November 8) following a £825,000 overhaul.
The investment has extended the Vets for Pets practice to 1,900 sq ft, allowing for two additional consultation rooms to increase booking availability for pet owners in the area.
The entire practice has undergone a complete redesign, aiming to cater for both routine and complex cases.
The pet care centre at the site has also been revamped.
Dr Lenka Soffer, veterinary surgeon and practice owner, said: "I’m thrilled to reopen our doors and showcase our extended Vets for Pets practice to Letchworth.
"Our practice will offer pet owners access to a full range of veterinary services, all while ensuring a welcoming, community-focused environment.
"I’m especially excited to continue sharing my experience, ensuring that we meet the needs of local pets in every way possible."
To celebrate the grand reopening, Vets for Pets which is part of the Pets at Home Group, is hosting a Golden Bone competition.
Lucky "pawticipants" who find the golden bones hidden in the nearby Norton Green Park by November 29 will each win a £50 Pets at Home gift voucher.
Vets for Pets' Letchworth Practice will be open between 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm on Saturdays, and 10am to 3.30pm on Sundays.
