Britpop icons Ocean Colour Scene are set to perform in Hitchin next summer after announcing a concert alongside some special guests.
The band announced today that they will be playing at The Priory on Friday, July 18, as part of The Park Series, with tickets on sale from 10am on Monday (November 11).
Ocean Colour Scene were one of the acts at the forefront of the Britpop movement, with charting hits The Riverboat Song and The Day We Caught the Train among their most popular songs.
They will be joined at The Priory by special guests, including former co-frontman of The Libertines Pete Doherty, indie rockers The Twang, and hometown star Alex Francis.
The Park Series will also be putting on another Ocean Colour Scene show in Brighton on Friday, May 23.
"Can’t wait to return to Brighton and Hitchin for two outdoor summer shows in 2025," read a post on the band's Facebook page.
