Seven people, including a child, have been injured in a crash involving two cars on the A1(M) at Stevenage.
Police were called just before 6pm yesterday (Sunday, November 3) to reports of a collision on the A1(M) near junction 7 northbound.
Two vehicles were involved – a grey Audi Q5 and a grey Seat Ateca.
The ambulance service also attended and a child was taken to hospital with serious injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
Six other people also sustained injuries, not deemed to be serious.
Officers closed the road while the incident was dealt with and it was reopened by around 11.15pm.
