A housebuilding company has donated £500 to a Stevenage and Hitchin-based homeless support charity.
Taylor Wimpey North Thames made the donation to Feed Up Warm Up, to help with the charity's efforts to help people who are homeless or at risk of being so.
Feed Up Warm Up has two weekly drop-in sessions for people to get hot meals and takeaway food parcels.
They serve around 400 hot meals and food parcels a month.
Jason Turner, sales manager at Taylor Wimpey North Thames, said: "We recognise the increasing pressures that rising food costs and homelessness are placing on charities like this one, and we're proud to contribute to their essential services."
Shane Cole, founder of Feed Up Warm Up, said: "We are incredibly grateful to Taylor Wimpey for this generous donation.
"This funding will allow us to continue providing meals and support to the growing number of individuals facing homelessness in our community."
