An older people's charity is pleased to be expanding throughout Stevenage.
The Irish Network Stevenage (INS) was established in 2007 to support the older Irish community, but has since grown to support all older people and now counts approximately 500 members.
Hilda Warick, INS trustee, said: "It is important that we make our activities as accessible to as many older people as we can, so we are now delivering activities in Symonds Green, Chells, Old Town and at the Oval."
INS provides a range of activities to promote physical fitness, health, and social engagement, including line dancing, Tai Chi, craft groups, Salsacize social afternoons, day trips, Yogalates, chair-based exercises, bingo, one-to-one IT sessions, and lunch clubs.
