"Each home would be two storeys, set back within the plot, and of a traditional high-quality design.

"Each home will be of a unique design, which together will create a cohesive and characterful development."

All the houses in the proposed development would have a minimum of two designated parking spaces on their plot in the form of driveways and garages, with the two larger homes having three spaces.

The supporting statement says: "The development would make a significant contribution to [the council's] ongoing obligation to deliver housing and facilitate development within the wider housing market area."
