A points failure at Stevenage means southbound trains running through the station has now been cleared.
Earlier this evening, the failure was preventing services from using some of the London-bound lines through the area.
At the time, a statement on the Thameslink website read: "A points failure at Stevenage means trains running through the station may be delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised.
"Furthermore, Great Northern stopping services that run between Cambridge/Letchworth Garden City and Kings Cross will run non-stop between Hitchin and Welwyn Garden City.
"Commuters can also expect short notice alterations. Some services may cancel stops, or terminate/start at different stations."
⚠️ Due to a points failure at Stevenage, some southbound lines towards London are blocked.
