'Baldock Balladeer' Brian Burke will launch three CDs at Baldock Folk Club to raise money for Garden House Hospice.
The launch will take place at the Folk Club at The Orange Tree in Norton Road from 7pm on Wednesday, October 23.
Brian has written 30 songs about Baldock, and over the past year has written two new albums and produced a live CD from his traditional Irish band Gor Jus Wrex, featuring late singer Dorrie Randall.
He said: "The live double CD was recorded a few years ago in a local hostelry and is a warts and all sound that you might expect at a real Hooley night - with some great musicians and singers who will be there on the night and give the second half of the set a real party feel."

One of the other CDs is 'Legends All', and features 16 songs paying tribute to people who have left their mark on society - including national historical figures, sporting icons and local legends.
The final CD is 'The Sower', which is a take on different stories and concepts from Christianity.
The launch will feature a host of musicians and raffle and collection for Garden House Hospice.
