St Albans Magistrates Court results – October 4 

Kai Browne-Bailey: 47, of Olvega Drive, Buntingford. On December 10, 2023, drove a Mini Cooper on A10 Great Cambridge Road, Wormley at 96mph when the speed limit 70mph. Fined £286 plus ordered to pay victim services £106 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 5 points. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – October 9 

Finley Duffett: 19, of Aylward Drive, Stevenage. On January 25, 2024, drove an E-scooter on Queensway, Stevenage without a driving licence and no insurance in place to cover the use of the scooter. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £72 and court costs £200. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Omar Ashfaq: 38, of Ridgeway, Berkhamsted. On January 16, 2023, was is possession of a vehicle which did not have any road tax. Fined £220 plus ordered to pay back tax £49 and court costs £85.  

Eric Owusu-Ansah: 50, of Hayes Walk, Broxbourne. On July 7, 2021, drove a Mercedes ML280 on Lower Luton Road, Harpenden at 38mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £72 and ordered to pay victim services £28. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Sharon Madigan: 50, of High Dells, Hatfield. On November 14, 2023, dropped a cigarette butt on the A41. Fined £220 plus ordered to pay victim services £88 and court costs £313.
