A fire has occurred near the railway tracks in Stevenage causing several services to be affected across the country.
The incident happened at an embankment on London Road, Stevenage and has since been extinguished by the Herts Fire and Rescue service.
Despite this, passengers are advised that services are no longer running through the station and not to travel due to consequential signalling problems.

A spokesperson for Govia Thameslink said: "At around 12.30pm a driver of train reported seeing fire along the track.
"The emergency services were called and the fire was extinguished at around 1.30pm.
"We apologise to all customers, and Network Rail engineers will try to make repairs as quickly as possible."
