As ever, the end of the week brings a fresh round of public notices for North Hertfordshire residents to be aware of.

Here are a few planning applications which could impact residents across the district.

1. Planning permission to provide a dental practice ground in Hitchin

The proposal includes variation of an original planning permission: 19/02398/FP to provide a dental practice at ground floor level (Class E) and alterations to previously approved shopfronts.

This includes parking, landscaping and the creation of vehicular access off Ashwell common. The affected area is the land rear of gothic house oak Lane, Graveley.

3. Internal alterations to a listed building in Hitchin

The plan includes internal alterations and replacement of new stairs to the cellar.

Changes are being made to the property at 9 Bucklersbury, Hitchin.
