1. Proposal affecting a listed building or a building of special architectural or historic interest in Hitchin

A planning proposal has been submitted to conduct internal and external alterations to an existing showroom/workshop to facilitate the conversion to one, three-bed house.

Planning for the erection of a one self-build detached six-bed dwelling including parking and landscaping. There is also a proposal to rebuild a brick boundary wall.

The application affects land north east of Dower House on Hitchin road.

3. Proposal to convert former poultry building into residential houses

A planning application for the conversion of a former poultry building into three houses has been submitted.

The buildings are currently situated at Woodcotes Fears Green Sandon in Buntingford.

4. Proposal affecting a listed building or a building of special architectural or historic interest in Letchworth Garden City

The proposal includes a replacement roof and replace 2 windows – the development has already been carried out.

The property can be found at 62 Ridge Road in Letchworth Garden City.

5. Proposal affecting the setting of a listed building and affecting a conservation area in Hitchin

The proposal is to install external air conditioning fan units to the front elevation – the development has already been carried out.
