4. Hertford Road - Welwyn

Listed by Barney Estates and Auctioneers, the plot is described as a "level parcel of land with gated road access, situated opposite existing dwellings", that "may suit a variety of other potential uses".

5. Aston End Road - Stevenage
2.64 acres of land in Aston End Road is on the market right now.
Listed by Tribute Land, the Green Belt agricultural land is located on the outskirts of Stevenage to the east.
