Planning applications and road closures are among the key Stevenage and North Herts public notices set to impact residents in the coming months.

Here are a few notices which could impact residents in Stevenage and North Herts over the coming months.
1) Bond International demolition, Stevenage
Demolition of existing Bond International buildings and structures Cartwright Road and construction of a new building for Use Classes E(g)(iii), B2 and B8 (flexible), including hard and soft landscaping, parking, access, servicing and associated works.

2) Primett Road, Stevenage
All vehicular traffic will be prohibited from using that length of Primett Road, Stevenage from its southernmost junction with A602 Lytton Way north eastwards for a distance of approximately 54m.
An alternative route will be via A602 Lytton Way, Trinity Road, High Street, Drapers Way and Primett Road or via Primett Road and A602 Lytton Way.
Works will be taking place and the road will be closed from August 17 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the road.
3) Mill Lane, Gosmore/St Ipployts
The length of Mill Lane in Gosmore/St Ippolyts will be closed except for access from August 19 for up to 18 months.
There will be an alternative route will be via Mill Lane, Hitchin Road, Gosmore Road and B656 London Road.
The replacement of existing gas mains is to be carried out.
Restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the road.
4) Wymondley Road, Hitchin
Wymondley Road in Hitchin will be closed from its easternmost junction with Ninesprings Way, eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with the St Michaels Road roundabout, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Wymondley Road, Highbury Road, Whitehill Road, Hollow Lane, B656 (Queen Street/Walsworth Road), A505 Cambridge Road and St Michaels Road or via St Michaels Road, A505 Cambridge Road, B656 (Walsworth Road/Queen Street), Hollow Lane and Wymondley Road.
Bridge inspection works are proposed. It will be closed from August 19.
5) Argyle Way, Stevenage
All vehicular traffic will be prohibited from using Argyle Way from its junction with A1155 Fairlands Way south eastwards for a distance of approximately 20m.
An alternative route will be via A1155 Fairlands Way, A1072 Gunnels Wood Road and Argyle Way. The order is needed because works are proposed to be executed.
The closure will come into force on August 8 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the road.
6) Sish Lane, Stevenage
Sish Lane will temporarily close from the eastern boundary of number 71 going west.
An alternative route will be via Haycroft Road, Letchmore Road and Sish Lane.
The order is needed because electrical connection works are proposed to be executed near the road. It will be closed from August 5 for up to 18 months.
