Residents in the Roebuck and Broadwater areas of Stevenage have been complaining about a foul odour today - and for good reason.
A sewer has reportedly been flooded in the area, with Thames Water currently investigating the issue.

With the issue believed to be in the Broad Oak Way area, Thames Water are aiming to send a technician within 24 hours.
Thames Water's website states that the issue was first reported to them today (Thursday, July 25), though residents on social media were complaining about the smell from yesterday evening.
