Police have arrested a 36-year-old man following a burglary and two attempted burglaries in Letchworth.
Officers were called to reports of a house being broken into in Howard Gate on Monday, July 8.

On the same day, residents reported two attempted burglaries in Whitethorn Lane and John Stoddard Court.
Police officers arrested Simon Day, of Rundells in Letchworth, and charged him in connection with three alleged offences.
Day has been remanded in custody, and is due to appear at Cambridge Crown Court on Wednesday, August 7.
