WHAT'S ON: FUN FRIDAYS

Dinosaur Adventure

Join the Dinosaur Adventure alongside parents and guardians. Meet the Dinosaur Explorer during an interactive journey as youngsters stomp, sing and roar on an adventure through the Gardens, Wilderness and Dinosaur Trail.

Taking place four times each day, this is suitable for children aged 4-9 years old.

Spaces are limited and will operate on a first come, first served basis. Visitors need to sign up in the gift shop to join a trail. All children to be accompanied by their adult.

Design your own Coat of Arms

Calling all young artists! Make your way to the Barns Courtyard for the opportunity to design your own coat of arms to represent you or your family.

A coat of arms is the name for the colourful decoration that noble families used to represent themselves, and they date all the way back to the 1100s.

Your design could include drawings of your home, family, pets, favourite superheroes, video games — anything goes!

Drop-in Craft Sessions

Set your children’s creativity free this summer with Knebworth's drop-in craft sessions.

From cutting to colouring, sticking to shaping, there will be plenty of arts and crafts to entertain the kids. Craft sessions will be held at the Adventure Playground.

Meet Knebby the Dinosaur

Knebworth House’s very own dinosaur – Knebby – will be out and about patrolling Fort Knebworth and the Adventure Playground.

Have a cuddle or take a selfie with Knebby and enjoy making memories on your day out.

Have-a-go Archery

Fancy yourself as a modern day Robin Hood?

Each Friday in August the Green Dragon Bowmen Archery Club will be in Knebworth Park running have-a-go archery sessions for aspiring archers.

This activity is suitable for ages 8 plus with adults encouraged to take part and is charged at £3 for six arrows.
