The opening date for Stevenage Leisure Park's latest addition has now been confirmed.
Banana Tree, a southeast Asian restaurant, will open its doors for the first time on July 22.
The menu includes dishes such as regional curries, wok-fired noodles, Ramen, Singapore Laksa, and more. A wide range of cocktails, mocktails and spritzes are also available.

Customers can take advantage of two deals to mark the opening.
Firstly, you can enjoy 50 per cent off food when you book a meal between July 22 and July 24.
And secondly, it's offering 1,000 free katsu curries, by filling out a form on the website at least 24 hours in advance of a booking. You can get a free curry before they're gone here: https://bananatree.co.uk/1000-free-katsu.
The unit occupied by Banana Tree was previously home to Firejacks, its sister brand.

Firejacks closed on June 19, with a spokesperson telling the Comet: "We’re thrilled to announce that our sister brand, Banana Tree, will be taking over, bringing a fresh and vibrant dining experience.
"Banana Tree offers a delightful Pan-Asian cuisine that we know you'll love. Whether you're a fan of spicy curries, fresh salads or savoury stir-fries, there’s something for everyone."
Banana Tree and Firejacks are both part of The Big Table Group, which also operates Las Iguanas, Bella Italia, Café Rouge, and Amalfi.
