Thousands of visitors flocked to this year's Stevenage Day, with plenty of activities and entertainment on offer to suit people of all ages.

Held on Sunday at King George V Playing Fields, this year's theme was celebrating Pride and Stevenage's LGBTQ+ community.

There was a dedicated Pride area, with a music stage showcasing talented Pride performers.

Visitors enjoyed a range of free, family-friendly activities, as well as rides, and entertainment from a main performance area.

As well as a food court and bars, more than 200 stalls lined the park on the day, featuring charities, voluntary organisations and local businesses.

Rock in the Park, supported by The Practice Roomz, organised an electrifying experience, with twin stages for music enthusiasts of all ages.

Baroness Sharon Taylor said: "Stevenage Day - my favourite day of the year celebrating my favourite town, my hometown. Stevenage and our extraordinary and wonderful community, you smashed it again this year!"
