A new 'Rage Room' has opened in Henlow, full of items just waiting to be destroyed.
Customers take their pick from a selection of tools, then are let loose with a load of smashable objects.
The owners of the business reckon that it can help provide relief from stress, increase your productivity, and help with anger management.
Open to individuals, pairs and larger groups, all bookings include protective gear, a cache of items to destroy, and the option to play your own music.
Local entrepreneurs Lee Hodgkins and Bob Dha are behind the new business, which opened earlier this month.
"The concept of rage rooms originated as a response to the modern epidemic of stress and anxiety, providing individuals with a safe and cathartic space to vent their frustrations through smashing and breaking objects", explains Lee.
"But beyond stress relief, we're here to offer our community a fun and exhilarating experience that leaves them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated."
Bob adds: "The overwhelming demand we've seen for Just Rage Rooms underscores the growing need for innovative stress-relief solutions in our community.

"But what sets us apart is the sheer fun and excitement of the experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a unique way to spend time with friends, Just Rage Rooms promises an adventure unlike any other."
“it’s extraordinary that people are so sweet and friendly coming into our unit but once they get in the room they quickly switch and even I stand back from the other side of the viewing window shocked at just how much rage is being released.
"I’m glad it happens in a safe environment and people come out feeling rejuvenated.”
Packages at Just Rage Rooms start from £25 per person.
