Bedfordshire-based business Tracy's Treasured Keepsakes has launched a campaign for members of the public to nominate their hospice heroes.

Tracy Fishburn, who creates bears, cushions and blankets from sentimental items of clothing, will give one nominee from Garden House Hospice a special uniform keepsake bear to celebrate and reflect on their career at the hospice.

Nominees can be someone you or a family member have received care from, a colleague you work with or a family member or friend - whether they are staff at the inpatient unit, community nurses, therapists or members of the garden team who maintain the grounds.

Nominations will be open until midnight on Wednesday, June 19. Entrants will need to explain in up to 250 words why you are nominating them and what makes them deserve to win the bear.
