A charity supporting bereaved children and their families in Stevenage and North Herts has collaborated with Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews on a heartfelt podcast.
The podcast features Spencer and a young girl called Daisy, who has been supported by Stand-by-me Bereavement Support - a charity based in Hitchin.
Both Spencer and Daisy share their personal experiences following the deaths of their siblings, and Daisy talks about the invaluable support she has received from Stand-by-me.
Carol Read, chair of trustees at Stand-by-me Bereavement Support, said: "We are immensely proud of Daisy for her bravery in sharing her story and experiences with the world.
"Her openness and resilience serve as an inspiration to others navigating similar journeys of loss.
"At Stand-by-me, we are committed to providing support to children, young people and their families facing bereavement, and Daisy's story exemplifies the impact of our work."
Spencer is set to run 30 marathons in 30 days in support of Global’s Make Some Noise - a fundraising initiative that supports small charities, including Stand-by-me.
The podcast was produced by Global’s Make Some Noise to shed light on the experience of losing a loved one and the importance of seeking support.
