Police have been called to an accident at the A602/Charlton Road junction in Hitchin for the second time in only 14 hours.
Officers attended the scene at around 9am today (Wednesday, April 24), and a spokesperson described it as a "damage-only" collision between a Skoda and Hyundai, with no injuries reported.
It followed a crash yesterday evening, when firefighters and police officers rushed to reports of an accident shortly before 7.30pm.
In that incident, a BMW 1 series and Dacia Logan had collided. Nobody was hurt in the collision.

There have been two serious crashes at the junction already this year.
In January, teenager Oliver Gatfield tragically died following a crash there, with his friend Liam Sharpe left seriously injured.
It prompted a petition by Liam's sisters to make the road safer.
In February, another crash at the junction saw somebody hospitalised with injuries described as "serious".
On that occasion, firefighters had to extract two people from vehicles, and an air ambulance was also called to the scene.
