Martins House, in Jessop Road, is the top-rated care home in Stevenage according to the site.
The home has a 9.8 rating on CareHome.co.uk, with 61 reviewers leaving their thoughts.
Maria H said: "The staff here are all truly amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
"They were caring, thoughtful and attentive."
2. Roebuck Nursing Home, London Road
Roebuck Nursing Home also has a 9.8 rating on CareHome.co.uk, with 52 reviewers commenting.
Dedicated nurses' stations are located on each floor of the care home, which also features a large garden for residents to enjoy.
Colin D wrote: "My brother has always been treated very well by all of the staff, nurses and carers.
"The management have been very helpful when I have reported a problem too."
3. Woodlands View Care Home, Magpie Crescent
A total of 147 reviewers have left their thoughts to give Woodlands View Care Home, in Magpie Crescent, a 9.7 rating on the site.
The home provides residential, nursing and nursing dementia care to elderly residents.
Marcus A commented: "Mum is looked after very well and feels safe and mostly happy.
"The staff are great, really friendly and supportive of her and us."
4. Wisden Court, Wisden Road
Wisden Court also has a 9.7 rating on CareHome.co.uk, with 89 reviewers in total.
The purpose-built home has 54 bedrooms situated in five residential suites, all featuring their own lounge, dining room and kitchenette.
Alison S said: "Mum was taken into respite care due to dementia. The home manager and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful.
"The home has a lovely atmosphere and all residents seem comfortable and content."
5. Jubilee Court, Hayward Close
The last of three 9.7-rated care homes in Stevenage, Jubilee Court has been reviewed by 57 people on CareHome.co.uk.
The home features a 'Quantum Care Plaza' including a café, hairdressers, shop and children’s play area.
Tricia K wrote: "The staff are so friendly and caring towards the residents but also I have found them to be very supportive towards myself (I have struggled accepting putting Mum into care).
"The home is kept clean and smells nice. Reception is welcoming and I like the open door policy for visiting anytime."
