A lorry and a car have crashed on the A505 near Hitchin.
The incident took place on the road's westbound carriageway prior to 1.45pm today (Thursday, March 11), between the town and the junction for Offley Hill.
No injuries have been reported, with the collision described as "damage only" by Hertfordshire police.
Delays have been cleared in the area, with one lane remaining closed at this time.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: "Police were called around 1.45pm today (Thursday 11 April), following reports of a damage-only collision on the A505 between Hitchin and the turn-off for Offley.

"Officers attended the scene and road closures were put in place.
"Two vehicles were involved – a car and a lorry.
"One lane currently remains shut. No injuries have been reported."
