Costa Coffee has plans to open an outlet on Stevenage Leisure Park, complete with a drive-thru.
A planning application has been submitted to Stevenage Borough Council for "a new commercial building with drive-thru facility" on the Kings Way leisure park.
The proposed new building, measuring approximately 168 sq m, would be on the site previously accommodated by the restaurant Eastern Corner, which was demolished in 2020.
The application says the proposed development would "contribute towards the overall vitality and viability of Stevenage and represent sustainable economic development".
Costa Coffee already has outlets in Stevenage High Street, Queensway, 9Yards retail park - formerly the Roaring Meg - and Stevenage Railway Station.
