St Albans Magistrates Court results – March 6
Stuart Ainsworth: 23, of Homestead Road, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on September 14 by failing to attend appointments. Fined £40 plus ordered to pay court costs £85.
Liam Duncan: 20, of Cotton Field, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on October 24 by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay court costs £40.
Hatfield Magistrates Court results – March 7
Ermelindo Sousa: 22, of Taplow Avenue, Hertford. On December 30, 2022, was in possession of a quantity of cannabis at Barking. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay victim services £32.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – March 7
Mohammed Hussain: 19, of Dunsmore Road, Luton. On June 17 drove a Volkswagen Passat on M1 junction 7-6A Hemel Hempstead without due care and attention by overtaking vehicles at speed on the hard shoulder. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court costs £300. Driving record endorsed with 5 points.
Sandor Pusztai: 47, of Coverdale, Luton. On March 14 drove a Toyota Prius on M25 junction 19-18 Chorleywood at 66mph when the speed limit is 50mph. Fined £100 plus ordered to pay victim services £40 and court costs £85. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Stevenage Magistrates Court results – March 8
Aaron Parker: 40, of Denby, Letchworth. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on June 27 by failing to attend appointments. Fined £200.
Jodi Yeboah: 45, of Kiln Way, Dunstable. On February 25, 2023, drove a Volvo on Bunkers Hill, Lincoln at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £60 plus ordered to pay victim services £24 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Lewis Hopton: 34, of Osprey Gardens, Stevenage. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on March 6, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work. Suspended sentence order now as follows: Committed to prison for a term of 1 year suspended for 18 months.
