New businesses are set to open in the units formerly home to Hawkins of Hitchin.
According to a brochure from property consultant Estate Office, Six Hills Brewing will be opening in 8 Bucklersbury in April, with the unit currently undergoing a refit.
Six Hills Brewing was started by Paul Clinton in 2017. A tap room was opened in Stevenage High Street two years later, and the business looks set to arrive in Hitchin soon.
They won't be the only new tenants either, with an agreement on a lease for Cheatmeals to take over 3-5 Bucklersbury.
Serving up a range of burgers, hot dogs, wings and milkshakes, the business was founded in 2016 and has steadily been spreading across London as well as venturing into Hertfordshire with a store in Borehamwood.

The arrival of these two new tenants will add to the list of new residents in the former Hawkins of Hitchin site.
Cocktail bar Bridgetown Monroe opened in 6 Bucklersbury in October last year, while hair salon Foundlove took over 7 Bucklersbury a month later.
The units had stood empty since 2018, when department store Hawkins closed it doors for the final time after 155 years of trading and being passed down through five generations of Hawkins family.
