A man from Stevenage has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving.
The 21-year-old was spotted by neighbourhood police officers in Grace Way yesterday morning (Wednesday, February 14).
According to a spokesperson for Hertfordshire police, the suspect "promptly left the vehicle in a hurry" after seeing the officers.

Further officers soon arrived on the scene from the Operation Scorpion team, which focuses on cracking down on particular types of crimes, including drug crime.
They searched and drug tested the suspect, and detained him after the test returned a positive result.
He was then taken into custody.
