1. Chilli B's - Hitchin
Popular Hitchin food spot Chilli B's is still up for sale, with its future looking uncertain.
The Bucklersbury business went on the market back in February last year, and the listing remains on Rightmove with no prospective buyer found.
Offering "a unique selection of breakfast, lunch, brunch, hot and cold drinks, cakes and baked goods", the store has "an excellent local reputation and a high rate of return custom", according to the listing.
Currently listed by Knightsbridge Business Sales, offers of around £200,000 will be considered.

2. The Cricketers - Ickleford
If you've ever fancied owning your own pub, now could be your chance, with an Ickleford boozer on the market for £700,000.
The Cricketers in Arlesey Road, which is currently closed, went up for sale back in February and has been listed on the market by Everard Cole.
Those interested will have work to do though, with the listing continuing: "The property has been extended in recent years and is undergoing a range of works, which are currently on hold and therefore the property is in need of refurbishment in a number of areas."
3. Ciao Italia - Letchworth
Letchworth coffee shop Ciao Italia is up for sale, with the current owners looking to retire.
The Garden Square Shopping Centre business was first established in 2019, and he since built up an "excellent reputation and repeat client base", according to listing agent Hilton Smythe.
The café is currently listed on Rightmove for £75,000.
4. Chateau Café - Stevenage
Chateau Café in Stevenage's Queensway is on the market for £80,000, with the current owners are looking to sell the business due to other commitments.
"The premises is newly-fitted to a high standard, with no expense being spared by our client who is now offering the business for sale inclusive of the high quality fixtures and fittings throughout," reads the Gilbert and Rose Commercial listing.
"The business has a great reputation, supported by a five-star TripAdvisor rating, 4.7-star Google rating and five-star Facebook rating.
"There is a good established turnover, but leaves a lot of scope to increase further by extending the trading days and times to possibly capture evening trade."
5. 23A and 23B Station Road - Digswell
The adjoined retail units in Digswell are currently listed on the market by Stimpsons for £475,000.
"Two retail units are offered together for sale as a single plot to include parking to the front and a loading and staff parking area to the rear of the property," the listing reads.
"The building is offered for sale on a freehold basis, subject to the existing lease of 23a, and would be of interest to owner occupiers, investors or developers."
6. Hatfield Road - St Albans
A retail unit on the busy Hatfield Road in St Albans is on the market for £300,000.
"Occupying a prominent corner position, the property is an excellent sized commercial premises with a dual aspect frontage," according to listing agent Northwood.
"Additional benefits include a large store room/work room, a basement, an office, a kitchen area and two toilets.
"Hatfield Road itself is a busy road home to a wealth of established retailers and is the main route into St Albans from the east."
7. Fletcher Way - Hemel Hempstead
A 3,750 sqft unit currently occupied by a Tesco Express in Fletcher Way is on the market for £1.5 million.
"The property comprises a former public house, which was built in the early 1960's, which was recently in early 2017 refurbishment and fitting-out to complete the opening of the Tesco Express store," reads the Prideview Group listing.
"The unit measures approximately 3,750 sqft, with associated vehicle, cycle parking, access, delivery, bin storage and landscaping.
"The car park has been landscaped to provide approximately 26 designated parking spaces for the convenience store."
The building was let to Tesco in 2014 on a 15-year lease, but there was a break clause included after 10 years.
