A car has overturned on the A1 near Letchworth and Stotfold.
The incident took place before 11.10am this morning (Friday, February 2) on the road's northbound carriageway, near Astwick Services.
The emergency services were called to the scene, with an eyewitness reporting that fire, police and ambulance services were all in attendance.
A spokesperson for Bedfordshire Police said: "We can confirm we were called to a single vehicle road traffic collision just before 11.10am this morning by Astwick Services on the northbound carriageway of the A1.

A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service added: "We’ve sent one fire engine from Letchworth & Baldock fire station to assist Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service at an incident on the A1 near the Astwick Road turning."
