1. Demolition and rebuilding of Walpole Court in Stevenage
Plans have been put forward to demolish 38 homes and replace them with 24 new houses at the Kenilworth Close development in Stevenage.
Previously, Stevenage Borough Council had been planning to demolish the homes and replace them with sixty flats.

2. Papa John's turned into a flat in Stevenage
A planning application has been submitted to convert Papa John's in Stevenage into a two-bedroom flat.
The Grade II-listed building was constructed in 1877 and is within a conservation area.

3. Starbucks could open outdoor seating area in Letchworth
A planning application has been submitted to allow Starbucks in Letchworth to open a new outdoor seating area.
Their application last year initially included plans for an outdoor seating area, but this was removed before the council decided to grant permission for Starbucks to open.

4. Commercial space could be converted into a flat in Baldock
A planning application has been submitted to allow commercial space at 3 High Street in Baldock to be converted into a two-bedroom flat.
The building, which is Grade II-listed, already includes three flats across its a ground and first floors. According to the applicant, "there has been no interest from prospective tenants" in the remaining commercial space.

5. Solar panels could be installed in Codicote
A planning application has been submitted to install ground-mounted solar panels at Codicote House in Codicote.
The work would see a "small scale solar farm" containing 250 panels erected.
