There are plans to build seven new play areas in Stevenage, with children being asked what equipment they would like to see in them.
The play areas being overhauled are in Canterbury Way, Camps Hill, Lapwing Rise, Parishes Mead, Shearwater Close, Chancellors Road and Riccat Lane.
Separate consultations are under way on Stevenage Borough Council's website, with the local authority asking parents to help their children take part by February 11.
"We are building new play areas and would like to know what local children want to see," said a spokesperson for the council.

The consultations give children equipment options including different types of swings and slides, a seesaw, trampoline, playhouse and adventure trails, as well as 'springies', climbers and a roundabout.
The council says these answers will be collated and used to help inform the designs.
