A new holiday cottage at Knebworth House has opened to guests.
Gardener's Cottage, located in Knebworth Park, is a three-bedroom semi-detached period cottage featuring a fireplace, three bedrooms, a utility room and a garden.
Stays at the cottage - which can sleep up to six people - include free entrance to Knebworth Park, Gardens, Adventure Playground and Dinosaur Trail on open days, special events throughout the year, and car parking for up to four cars.
Well-behaved dogs are also welcome to stay at the cottage, and prices start at £250 per night.
The Knebworth House estate includes a number of properties that are let on a long-term basis, but Gardener's Cottage is the first to be turned into a holiday home - with the potential for more holiday homes in future.
Edward Lytton Cobbold, who runs the estate alongside his father, said: “Holiday accommodation is becoming a popular business proposition for historic estates such as Knebworth Park, and I am delighted to launch our first property within this growing market.
"We look forward to warmly welcoming visitors and hope they will enjoy their stay in the beautiful Gardener’s Cottage, whether it be for a wedding, weekend away or family holiday.”
