Cars were stopped on the A1(M) yesterday (Friday, January 12) as police officers searched for a missing teenager.
At 8pm, Hertfordshire police informed the public that they were searching for a missing teenager who was believed to be walking close to the A1(M), between Baldock and Letchworth.
Officers used a rolling road block to slow traffic, and put a small aeroplane into the air as part of their search.

The A1(M) was reopened shortly afterwards.
