If your television signal in Stevenage or North Herts plays up in the coming days, don't panic - it's not the fault of your set.
Freeview is conducting planned engineering work on its transmitters at Crystal Palace and Sandy Heath, which are the recommended transmitters for people in Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth and Baldock.
The work is expected to affect signals throughout this week, and may cause pixelation or flickering on some or all channels.

You won't need to do anything to get your set back to normal after the work ends, as normal service will be resumed as soon as it is completed.
A number of Freeview transmitters across the country are being worked on this week, including several in Anglia and London.
If you're affected by the disruption and would still like to watch Freeview channels, you can do so by searching for Freeview Online, using the Freeview Play app on your Smart TV, or downloading the Freeview app app to your mobile device.
